Experience Kaziranga Beyond the Safari
Wildlife, villages, culture and unforgettable experiences in the heart of Assam.
Our story
Welcome to Kaziranga Immersion
Kaziranga is world-famous for its Greater One-Horned Rhinoceros and extraordinary wildlife — but the region is far more than a national park.
It is a living landscape of Brahmaputra floodplain grasslands, wetlands, ancient forests, tea gardens, farming villages, local communities, traditional crafts, music, food and stories passed down through generations.
Kaziranga Immersion helps travellers experience this wider world — responsibly, meaningfully, and with deep respect for the land and its people.
The park
Discover Kaziranga
Kaziranga National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of India's most extraordinary wildlife destinations. Spread across the floodplains of the mighty Brahmaputra in Assam, it protects a mosaic of tall elephant grass, semi-evergreen forests, and shallow wetlands — home to the world's largest population of the Greater One-Horned Rhinoceros, and a remarkable diversity of mammals, birds and reptiles.
Mihimukh
Central Range
The most visited and accessible range, offering excellent wildlife sightings across open grasslands and wetlands.
Bagori
Western Range
Known for its beautiful landscapes and reliable wildlife encounters, particularly rhinos and elephants.
Agoratoli
Eastern Range
A quieter, less-visited range offering a more intimate safari experience with diverse habitats.
Range
Burapahar Range
The most forested of the ranges, offering a different character — denser canopy, different species composition, and a wilder feel.
Jeep safaris operate across the main ranges. Elephant safari experiences have historically been associated with the Central and Western ranges, subject to Forest Department rules, availability and current regulations. We will always provide accurate, up-to-date guidance when planning your visit.
Wildlife
